11:40am Visitor(s) to Devil’s Punchbowl have gotten into some trouble – in the water. Depoe Bay Fire is enroute.
11:49am The visitor appears to be okay. Reports say the male’s kayak may have been turned over by a wave. A medical team is enroute to check him out. He may require a quick trip to a hospital. Newport would be the closest hospital.
