Cow on the loose off I-580 – Headed uphill
9:25am A loose cow has law enforcement chasing after it. It’s headed up a hill near just off south I-580. The cow is still trying to evade the officers.
9:32am The cow is walking along the fence line. The cow is headed toward 5th street. Cow too close to traffic. Officers say the situation is getting too dangerous. They say they’re going to have to shoot the cow.
9:37am They’re still chasing him. The cow is between the freeway and the fence that runs along Edmonds, on the east side of the freeway.
9:46am Sounds like they’ve still got the cow in sight.
9:48am Crew from the Anderson Ranch is headed toward the scene…they say it’s probably their cow. Probably will have the cow back under control.
10:36am Cow has been roped and is in the process of being taken back to Anderson Ranch.
