Bicyclist hit by vehicle at East 5th and Harbin
1:50pm 17 year old bicyclist was hit by a vehicle at East 5th and South Harbin. The teen is bleeding from his face has suffered a hip injury.
1:55pm Deputies on scene directing traffic. Boy taken to the hospital.
2:11pm Traffic is opening up on one lane of travel.
