Local home builder Ryder Homes hosts a ribbon cutting event to open their four new model homes and sales center at their newest housing community in Carson City. The community, named Cross Creek, consists of nearly 200 new homes with five different floor plans ranging in size from approximately 1,800 to 2,900 square feet, with prices starting in the mid $500,000s. Cross Creek is located in the historic Lompa Ranch and in the Blackstone master planned community, a 400-plus acre site located to the south and east of Carson High School.
